In February, there are some exciting Vero Beach events. One such event is the Florida Craft Brew and Wingfest. If you’re interested in attending, learn everything you should know about the event.
What is the Florida Craft Brew and Wingfest?
The Florida Craft Brew and Wingfest kicks off on Saturday, February 15th at 11:30am. Meanwhile, the fun comes to an end at 4pm. The event takes place in Royal Palm Pointe, which is located in Vero Beach.
The event is a fundraiser for the Sunrise Rotary Club of Vero Beach. All of the profits from the event go towards projects in Indian River County and nearby areas.
To join in on the tasting portion of the festival, you need to buy a tasting bracelet. This lets you sample from hundreds of craft brews. You can also buy and try some tasty chicken wings. The beers are made by local brewers and businesses, while the wings are made by local chefs and amateur chicken wing competitors.
In addition to enjoying the food, you can relax on the lawn and listen to live music. If you want more to drink, you can buy cups of beer from the many on-site vendors.
A tasting bracelet costs $45. However, everyone else can enjoy the festival for free. It’s a family-friendly event that the kids are sure to enjoy.
